Oil-Free Rotary Vane Pumps
Oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps consist of a rotor in an eccentric position rotating inside a cylindrical body.

This rotor is equipped with grooves in which the vanes are inserted. Because of the centrifugal force, during the rotation the vanes are pushed into contact with the body, creating close spaces that increase their volume drawing air from the container to be emptied and expelling it from the “outlet duct”. Oil-free rotary vane pumps can run continuously both at atmospheric pressure and at the highest vacuum. However, they cannot be used when the aspirated air contains moisture, oil, or other traces of liquid.
All versions can be used as compressors.
SC 5
Nominal Capacity: 3.5 CFM
Oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps SC 5 has been developed for use for those industrial applications that require an oil -free operation in a restricted but sufficiently ventilated space. The SC 5 pump includes the FKM gasket positioned to assure a hermetic seal and a long operating time. The SC 5 pump can also operate as a compressor.
Main application fields: machines for pressotherapy, machines for dermabrasion, inhalation thermal therapies, money counting machines, silk screen printing machines, automatic feeder machines for book-binding, wood presses, suction lifting machines, pollutant sampling and analysis.
SC 8
Nominal Capacity: 5.3 CFM
The design of the SC 8 oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump reflects the most recent production technologies applied by DVP to the oil-free pumps. The SC 8 pump is developed for use for those industrial applications that require an oil-free operation in a restricted but sufficiently ventilated space, and it can also operate as a compressor.
Main application fields: food and beverage, construction industry, packaging, plastic, rubber, resin, analytical field, printing, paper industry, silk-screen printing, wood presses, suction lifting machines, pollutant sampling and analysis.
SB 10
Nominal Capacity: 7.1 - 8.2 CFM
Limited weight and dimension are possible by the monoblock industrial design type with the rotor directly assembled on the motor shaft. Mainly built with light-weight alloy, the SB 10, SB 10TV and SB 12 oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps can be fitted in places where little room is available, but in which ventilation is good. The cooling of the pumps is ensured by the motor fan. The SB 10 and SB 12 pumps can work as compressor up to a pressure 0.6 bar. The SB 10TV ensures perfect air tightness thanks to special gaskets.

This special design makes them extremely compact and reliable. The powerful rear centrifugal fan ensures the cooling of the pumps. The SC 16, SC 25 and SC 40 pumps can also operate as a compressors.
Main application fields: suction cup movements, automatic machines, packing machines, woodworking machines, vacuum presses for wood or plastic, money counting machines, plaster mixing, painting systems and pneumatic conveying.
